We have 4 classes which run each week, with limited spaces, so book early to avoid any disappointment.

 

BOXFIT – Tuesday 7:15pm – 8:00pm

ZUMBA – Wednesday 6:15pm – 7:00pm

CIRCUITS – Wednesday 7:15pm – 8:00pm

CLUBBERCISE (With Heidi) – Friday 6:30pm – 7:30pm

 

Classes are for ages 16+

You will need to book in advance for classes where possible, this is to help ensure we can plan what equipment we will need.

 

BOXFIT – Tuesday 7:15pm – 8:00pm (45 minute class)

Members Price – £3 / Non Members Price – £5

BOXFIT with Hattie is a dynamic combination of fitness and basic boxing techniques. In these classes you will cover all the basic elements of fitness, including mobility, strength, stamina and flexibility in a circuit style class.

Please also note that for the BOXFIT class it is preferable that you have your own gloves and pads. There is limited equipment available.

 

ZUMBA – Wednesday 6:15pm – 7:00pm (45 minute class)

Members Price – £3 / Non Members Price – £5

ZUMBA with Hattie is an aerobic, Latin-inspired dance workout that is focused on getting fit while having fun. In these classes you will cover different Latin-American dance styles and rhythms, including Reggaeton, Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and hip-hop tracks.

 

CIRCUITS – Wednesday 7:15pm – 8:00pm (45 minute class)

Members Price – FREE / Non Members Price – £5

CIRCUITS with Hattie is an explosive class that involves various exercises targeting different parts of the body. In these classes you will rotate through a variation of different stations and exercises, focusing on different muscle groups for short intervals to improve cardiovascular health, endurance and strength. An all round, diverse way of training.

 

CLUBBERCISE (With Heidi) – Friday 6:30pm – 7:30pm (1 hour class)

Members Price – £4 / Non Members Price – £7

All NON MEMBERS MUST BOOK CLUBBERCISE through the ‘Feel The Rhythm’ booking system GymCatch

CLUBBERCISE with Heidi is a fun and high energy aerobic workout done in a darkened room with disco lights and glowsticks to classic and current banging Club anthems. A workout that feels like a night out!
